Can Cozy pattern
It's been a while since I made a crochet pattern. Today I made can cozy's for a friends husband. It's his birthday soon.
I used Svarta Fåret's Tilda-yarn och crochethook 3,5 mm.
Abbreviations:
MR - magic ring
Ch - chain
Sc - single crochet
Slst - slip stitch
St - stitch
Pattern cantunnel (make 2):
Ch 45. Close to a ring with slst. OBS make sure the ring dont get twisted.
Crochet around the ring until the tunnel is about 8 cm high. I made 22 rounds.
Block the tunnel around a can before you fasten the threads.
Pattern boob (make 2):
Begin with pink.
V1: MR. 5 sc in the ring. Pull the ring close and make a slst. Change to skincolour (5)
V2: 2 sc in each st (10)
V3: *1 sc, 2 sc in next st*, repeat until end of round (15)
V4: *2 sc, 2 sc in next st*, repeat until end of round (20)
V5-6: 1 sc in each st (20)
Finish off and save a long thread to sew the boob on the tunnel. Use the pink trhead from MR to make a couple of knots to form a nipple. Fasten the threads on the inside of the boob.
Pattern penis:
Begin with pink.
V1: MR. 5 sc in the ring. Pull the ring close and make a slst (5)
V2: 2 sc in each st (10) Change to skincolour.
V3-12: 1 sc in each st (10)
Finish off and save a long thread to sew the penis on the tunnel. With the pink thread from the MR you can make "incision" on the penis and then fasten the thread on the inside. One tip is to do this before you crochet to far on the penis, it's not easy turning the little piece inside out.
Pattern testicles (make 2):
V1: MR. 5 sc in the ring. Pull the ring close and make a slst (5)
V2: 2 sc in each st (10)
V3: 1 sc in each st (10)
V4: 2 sc together (5)
Finish off and fasten the threads.
Fill the parts with stuffing and sew on to the tunnels according to the pictures. I used the thread from the penis to sew the testicles on also (less threads to fasten in the end).
